The title is a direct quote from my 15 year old daughter. Gavin was an amazing captain. First is methodical approach to fishing is really cool. He explained how to get right bait, the right tide, and the spot. He has a very “be the fish” approach. One of my 15 year old twins is very into both fishing and engineering. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a quiet morning out with Capt Gavin, although somewhat my fault for fishing in the estuary during the winter. Otherwise, beautiful morning out in the estuary Captain Gavin is about as knowledgeable about his craft as one could get, and really worked towards getting a fish on the line. Our fishing trip with Gavin as our guide was amazing. He knew all the good spots in the area and even tho it wasn‘t the right time of the year we caught multiple nice fish. I really recomend booking with him, you are in for a great time.

Captain Gav was great! Due to unpredictable tides etc we didn’t get much action but still had a really enjoyable afternoon. Gav took us to many spots and went over time in hopes the fish would be biting. Gav was so knowledgeable about all the fish and area, we would love to do it again!
