I cannot explain how dialed in this captain was with his fishing. From the the very first 5 minutes we were on fish and it didn’t stop. When I tell you we were catching fish back to back, I mean we literally caught over 40 fish within Just a couple hours. Captain Blake put on an absolute clinic with his knowledge, experience, and courtesy. My son and I fish a lot at home in the midwest and had some time to try and catch some on a recent family trip. Blake was great to work with when it came to setting up the details of the trip and keep lines of communication open in case there were changes due to the conditions. This happened to be the case and we adjusted our time accordingly. Blake was upfront about what the bass were doing and the techniques that had been working. He also allowed me to set up a rod the way I wanted it for a drop shot and away we went. Through the course of our day I would bet we caught close to 30 bass. Blake was great with sharing information about the lake and what he was interpreting on his graphs. I would not hesitate to book another trip with him in the future.

The bass were not really turned on the day we were there, but Blake worked relentlessly to get us some fish. In particular, I appreciated the extra attention he gave my 12 year old boy to make sure he got a fish including working past our allotted to teach him how to dockskip which produced a nice fish at the end of the day. He is a consummate host who doesn’t mail it in.

We had an incredible fishing trip with Blake! He was patient and made sure everyone felt included. His knowledge of the area and ability to find the best fishing spots were outstanding. Blake’s passion for teaching and sharing stories created a fun and memorable experience for all of us. We can’t recommend him enough and look forward to another adventure with him! Caught tons of Bass!!!!! Super fun! We were down from MN, the weather was fab!

I messaged Captain Blake a couple days before my trip knowing I wanted to do some bass fishing with my fiancé sister and self, he was quick to respond with a positive friendly demeanor and let us know exactly what we would be getting into. Come the day of our fishing trip Blake came right up introducing himself with a smile and giving off great vibes! Let us know exactly what we would be getting into and the style of fishing we would be doing. Got out in the water and the first spot we pulled up to we were catching fish within 10 min and all throughout the morning we were staying on them. Blake was considerate of everyone and was a great teacher for the times we were struggling with technique. I wish I could rate Blake a 10 star because he is the most down to earth guy we could have a came across! 100% recommend and can’t wait to do more fishing with Blake when we’re back in Florida! You won’t be disappointed with Blake at the helm!
