Can’t say enough about Mike and chum em’ up! I’ve been on quite a few inshore charters and this was the best! Very knowledgeable captain, super friendly and knows where the fish are biting! I brought my son and father in law and we all had a blast! Son caught a tarpon on the first cast of the day and I knew we made the right choice! Rods stayed bent for the rest of the trip! We had a fantastic day out on the water with Michael! Conditions were a bit tricky with a fresh breeze and very low tide, but he adjusted the trip perfectly and put us right on the fish. We ended up catching plenty, and just as memorable was the great conversation and time spent with him. Michael’s knowledge, adaptability, and easygoing personality made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend his charter if you’re looking for both a successful and fun day of fishing in Punta Gorda!

Mike gave a great four-hour trip. Started in one of the canals, which was great to get familiar with the equipment and get our technique practiced with some smaller snook. Then headed out to a cove where the real action was! Caught our limit on trout, and my 9-year-old son caught a 36” snook! Great fun. Wonderful memories.

Mike is a great, down to earth guy, who was very friendly to both me and my girlfriend!  Mike was also very knowledgeable for the species that we were targetting and had multiple locations to try if the action ever eased up.  Definitely recommend Mike and look forward fishing with him again!
