- I have been fishing for 15 years for fun. I have fished many tournaments for inshore and offshore saltwater species. I have placed in many redfish tournaments and slam tournaments. I started working as a first mate and then got my Captains license and finally got my own boat. I love to teach people how to fish and see a new angler get the fishing bug. My favorite type of fishing is throwing artificial lures for redfish and trolling ballyhoo for palegic striking fish. There is no other place I would rather be than on the water.
- Techniques
- I love throwing artificial lures for redfish. Any means necessary to put meat on board, tho. Live bait is fun as well. Nothing like feeling the strike and the drag scream with live bait. I use light tackel for inshore so the fight can be fun. We will fish creeks structure and run outs depending on the tide and season.
