I have been fishing my whole life. Although I have fished all over the country, my true love is the Lake Ontario fishery. My entire family fishes, and when I was a kid my father used to bring me out fishing for fun. We were always doing Bass tournaments together when I was growing up. My uncle, Captain Mike Pastore, taught me the ins and outs of how to become a successful fisherman and charter captain on Lake Ontario.

Everything you want from a fishing charter!

This was our second charter with Captain Joe. He put us on the fish both times. Both he and his Mate, Zack, are pleasant, easy going and work the whole time to get as many fish on the boat as they can. We're looking forward to another trip with Set'n'Ready in the future.

We had a slow fishing day and 4 kids, but Captain Joe did a great job keeping the kids involved. He was knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the fishery and about his equipment.
