My life has always revolved around the water. As the owner and operator of Kickin It In The Keys Charters, I’ve turned my lifelong obsession with the ocean into my career. There is something unique about the Florida Keys - the way the light hits the water, the anticipation before the line starts screaming - and my goal is to share that magic with every angler who steps aboard. I hold a USCG Master License and pride myself on running a professional, safe, and high-energy operation. Whether we are targeting local species or heading further offshore, I treat every trip as if I’m taking out old friends. When I’m not at the helm, you’ll usually find me prepping for our next adventure or managing our gear to ensure everything is in top-tier condition. My philosophy is simple: I’m here to make sure you have the best possible day on the water. With years of local knowledge and a deep respect for these waters, I’m committed to helping you land the catch of a lifetime. I look forward to welcoming you aboard and showing you exactly why we love what we do! Additionally to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, I run our trips alongside my trusted co-captain, Captain Danny. Rest assured, Captain Danny is a fully licensed offshore specialist with over a decade of local guiding experience as well. Depending on the schedule, your trip will be led by either myself captain Forrest or Captain Danny. We both hold current USCG Master Licenses, are fully insured, and share an unwavering commitment to safety and putting you on the fish. No matter which one of us takes the helm, you are in expert hands, and We look forward to getting you out on the water for an unforgettable day!
