I'm a 3rd generation fisherman and a local of the Apalachicola Bay area. I have been a fishing guide since early 2006. Growing up in such a prestigious place has allowed me to stay on top of the fishing action year-round. It's all you know and think about when you grow up in a place like Apalachicola, FL.     New Website Needed

    Ya’ll need to create a new website for Captain Andrew and his Pop and call it CatchingBooker.com That’s all we did this morning. Great conversations and jokes made a great day even better. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. If you want to find a substitute for “arm day” book these boys. 197 fish in the box don’t lie.

    Caught up Charters best Trip EVER

    Half Day - 4 hours (Morning) • 2 adults

    Captain Sapp was the best guide I have ever had. His knowledge of the Appalachicola area made this the best trip my fishing partner and I have ever taken. 6 or 7 sharks(only kept 4 to be legal🙂), 1 flounder, 3 spotted trout, 42 white trout and 3 sail cats with probably 20 smaller trout released back.Thanks Captain Andrew, a truly outstanding job and see you next year!!!

    topmof the line fishing!!!!

    Half Day - 4 hours (Morning) • 4 adults • 3 children

    Captain was good very experienced. We had lots of fun and never expected to catch over 100 fish. He was very detailed in certain spots gave us the rundown of the animals. We even got to see dolphins manatees alligators one of the best experiences I’ve had while vacation in Florida. I would highly recommend this captain to anybody.

    Fishing with Andrew

    Half Day - 4 hours (Morning) • 3 adults

    Our Boat trip was a bit choppy going out due to weather conditions. Weather did impact our trip but with our determined boat captain Andrew, we did catch fish. Unfortunately only 1 was a keeper. Again he tried multiple fishing spots and bait to find and catch fish. Thank you

    My wife and i did a half day fishing trip with Captain Andrew. We had a great time and caught a variety of fish including trout, redfish, flounder, and one large gar. Captain was very engaging and VERY knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend.

What's biting with Caught Up Charters in Apalachicola

The end of summer doesn't mean the end of great fishing here in Apalachicola! Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, and Jack Crevalle are still at their peak and your chances of landing almost any other species are very good, too.

That daylight bite has been on time with calmer waters ealry in the morning. Evening's are decent also but hotter temps pushing the fish a little deeper still no issues with pulling some nice fish.
