Captain has been fishing and working on boats for 30 years. Eric started Too Hot 2 Handle Charters in December 2017 with the desire to bring fishing closer to everyone who was ever interested in giving it a try. He fished whole life and takes great pride in making his customers happy and even more in love with fishing. The name of the company comes from the style of the boat — she's quick, reliable and a bit different from other boats you might see.

    Capt. Eric experienced and fun

    4 Hour Trip – Fall/Spring (4 MAX) • 4 adults

    Capt. Eric and Brian were amazing. It was our 1st trip to PCB and my kids want to go back just to hang out with them. We had a great day, our 1st spot didn't hit so Capt. Eric moved us to a great spot where we caught all types of fish and lots of them. A bonus to the end of our day was seeing dolphins and having them play in our wake. They made our experience outstanding and both were so helpful with not just fishing but also giving us suggestions on other things to see and do. I will recommend Too Hot to Handle Charters to anyone I know visiting the area and I will for sure see them on our next trip to PCB

    This was a great fishing trip .Very family oriented captain Eric was awesome.This was my 11 year old son first trip captain eric stayed right with him the whole trip. Eric put us on the fish my 11 year old caught 20 .Thanks we had a great time

    great trip, caught alot of fish. captain keep us on the fiah, and deck mate made sure we were always fishing and was very helpful. definitely would recommend this boat to others.

It's hard to resist the last bite of Red Snapper on weekends, but there's much more to fishing. Make the most of the last of the offshore season to land Mahi and Grouper, while Flounder is the flavor of the month inshore.

Red snapper open with state water boats on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in September, October, and November. Today we caught red snapper, triggers, black snapper for the box. Also had a bunch of red grouper that was catch and release.
