We are a group of four old fishing buds for over 40 years. Today was one of those memorable days we will always recall. Dave was gracious, friendly, helpful and supportive of our day and time together. we caught fish, but that never matters to us. its slways been sbout being together and catching up. Dave fit right in. We enjoyed it so much we are doing it again in three days.

My 12-yr old son and I made a two trip with Finntastick and had a great time. We caught plenty of redfish, trout, French grunt, and mangrove snapper. We got to see dolphins herding mullet and driving them in the air. We saw sting rays and a few big nurse sharks under the boat. We even caught a remora off the back of a big green sea turtle as it glided past my bait. The captain did a great job instructing my son on casting and strategy on the various types of species and habitats.

This was the second trip with Capt. Dave in four days. He did not let us down, great trip again. Ditto to everything stated on first day. Looking forward to being back.

Dec. 4th ...... Yeah , so it was a little bit chilly out this morning, it was expected and it did warm up. The first thing Captain Dave did was to bring us out to where the fish were. We limited out on trout in our first hour. We then went onto a couple of other places, caught ladyfish, snook, and redfish. It was a great day out on the water and will be calling Dave again.

Capt. Maki did a great job getting us on fish and guiding my 14 year old son. We enjoyed the opportunity to catch several different species, including trout, mangrove snapper, grunt, and red fish.
