  my nine year old son and myself had the best time. limited out on a type of fish in first hour and went to different spots to try for others. we caught so many different species of fish i dont even remember what they all were. brett knew the right spots and the good spots. was very knowledgeable. and very laid back. but will definitely work at finding fish and trying other spots. i would definitely recommend. great guy great service great fishing had awesome time. my son is still grinning from ear to ear cant wait to eat our catch. brett cleaned them so fast. will be back again on future trips.

  My husband, our 7-year-old son, and I spent a fantastic four hours fishing with Captain Brett. It was such a memorable experience that our son actually asked if we could "do that again tomorrow?" Needless to say, Junior ended up catching most of the fish—a great variety, too—and we even brought home fresh fish for dinner, cleaned by Brett right on the dock when we finished. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Bay West Fishing for your next fishing excursion. We will definitely be booking another experience!

  Amazing weather and better fishing!

  Had a great time on the water today with Captain Brett. Weather was great and captain got us on fish quick. Had a battle with a smaller Goliath Grouper and several more than got away. Looking forward to my next trip to southwest Florida so I can book this fishing trip again!

  First charter trip

  Brent took my two son's and I on a 4 hour trip. The kids (10 and under) caught a bunch of fish and had a great time! Very laid bad vibe and very knowledgeable. We caught fish at every spot we stopped. We even had dolphins fishing with us!

  I told Capt Brett I wanted to catch some to cook up at a local restaurant. We had a limit in about 20 minutes! Spent the rest of the day looking for a big one. Caught several other species but nothing huge. Which was OK by me. Brett’s company and conversation on the boat made the trip. Just a super nice dude who also knows his stuff on the water. Can highly recommend.
