I have been fishing down here for almost 15 years and Dean is my first go to when I want to land pelagic fish!!!! The amount of effort he puts in before a trip matters translates to the success on the water. Dean and the crew at Salty Dawg were fantastic—I highly recommend them. They used advanced angling techniques like kite fishing, which I hadn’t experienced before. It was awesome to watch, learn, and participate. The team worked hard all day to put us on fish and went above and beyond, even grabbing a coconut from a backyard tree for my 8-year-old son—he loved it! Booked a full day trip with the Salty Dawgs fishing charter.  It was one of the best experiences we had in Key West.  Captain Dean and his crew are clearly passionate about what they do.  They were super friendly and knew where to take us to find fish.  The boat was spotless, well equipped and comfortable.  They made everything easy from baiting the hooks to cleaning the fish.  Can’t wait to come back next year! Highly recommend!

What an incredible day on the water! My husband and his friends really enjoyed fishing. There was tons of gear available to use and captain Dean knew all the local spots. The girls and I loved lounging and soaking up the Florida sun. The boat is very large and comfortable. We will be booking another trip in the future.
