I have always enjoyed and excelled in various sports since I was a kid. I was also introduced to hunting and fishing by my grandfather at a very early age. Later, I moved to the coast where I enjoyed scuba diving and fishing. My neighbor was a commercial fisherman and charter captain and fishing with him on occasions influenced me to get my captain's license. Being a scuba diver also has given me a first-hand look at the structure and reefs I am fishing and the fish that inhabit these areas.

3/4 Day Trip • 3 adultsWe had a great 6 hour nearshore charter with Captain Bishop! We were lucky enough to book with him last minute after another charter canceled, and it couldn’t have worked out better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip enjoyable. We caught 24 Spanish mackerel and were also able to spend some time fishing for sharks, landing a hammerhead as well. He made sure we got to do everything we wanted, and we never felt rushed. We’d definitely book with him again and highly recommend Victory Charters!

Half Day Trip (AM) • 3 adults • 1 childWe caught a modest number of fish, but it didn’t really matter. We watch the sun coming up over the Atlantic Ocean. My kids and grandkid were excited to be out on the water together. My captain was great. I have no problem recommending this trip to anyone. I hope we get to repeat it again.

Captain “coach” did everything to ensure we had a good time, kept trying, and caught a shark for some good entertainment — like my husband said, “that's why they call it fishing not catching”.
