Brian was amazing! He took us out and we caught fish after fish. You can forsure say we had an exceptional fishing trip! We may habe been lucky and been fishing at the right time to catch as many as we did but knowing the waters and habing the roght equipment and bait and experience is also a part of it. We caught multiple fish species. We had a very fun time. Every dollar spent was well worth it. I will always recommend Brian and his guide services to anyone and everyone. If I could rate Brian 100 stars, it still wouldnt be enough for the experience we had. You won’t be disappointed.

Captain Brian is easily one of the best fishing captains we have ever chartered. From prompt communication before the trip, ensuring we had all the necessary details and licenses, to being ready to go right at the starting time, he really turns it into a seamless experience. He’s also a fountain of wisdom when it comes to fishing for particular species, what tackle works best in various seasons, and is amazing with kids. Every time we book with Captain Brian, we come away with great memories, great photos, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip with Muskies and More. You can’t go wrong with Captain Brian.

My friends and I go on a fishing trip every year somewhere in the country. This year, we chose this captain in this boat. The experience was probably the best we’ve ever had. The captain was personable and knowledgeable. The boat was fully equipped. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve had out of FishingBooker in nine years.

Brian took our 3-man crew out for 4 hrs (morning) of musky trolling on Tonka in mid-August. He put us on fish, but they didn’t cooperate. We caught a decent northern and saw a trophy musky near the surface, but no strikes. We still had a great time and will try again with Brian another time.

Brian is a great captain. He is knowledgeable and personable. His gear is top-notch and worked flawlessly. His boat is comfortable and well-equipped.

Our group had a wide range of experience levels, and Brian was a good fit for all of us:  Plenty of friendly coaching for the newbie and good insights/tips for the veterans.

I’ll also note that Brian offered to target other species for the last 90 mins, but we held out for a musky.

My son and I (only child and 12 going on 35 😉) have been on many charters together. He’s an avid fisherman and I’m a dedicated first mate- everything between catching Shark and Big Tuna in Gloucester, MA all the way to a tiny speed boat cozied up in Lake Geneva, WI.

Captain Brian made our trip! He was by far the best captain we’ve ever had the pleasure of fishing with. Not only did we get to speak with him on the phone prior to our trip to MN, we left with hugs. He was professional, ensured we had extremely comfortable life jackets on, a pristinely clean boat, fabulous equipment and exotic lures. He knew exactly where to catch the best and most fish for that day, time of day and weather. We caught dozens.

However, what made this trip A Day to Remember was more than just about business acumen and cleanliness and knowledge, it was about the human spirit. He taught my son things with grace and humor, he treated him with respect and kept his spirits up as we spent the first couple hours targeting a species that would have been TOUGH to catch on a super hot day on Lake Minnetonka and made us feel like family.

He was kind, gracious, hilarious yet appropriate, had stories and knew all kinds of “fisherman’s tricks” to catch WHATEVER that lake felt like giving up that day.

As we headed back to shore with the gorgeous Crappie and Pumpkinseed (the fish we chose to keep and cook) in his cooler, my 12 year old reached out his hand and grabbed mine and squeezed it all the way back to the shore. There was an unspoken knowledge between the two of us that that day was A Day to Remember. Not just because we caught fish, not just because he and I were together, not just because we were on vacation in a beautiful boat on a beautiful lake, but because Captain Brian was at the helm and made it unforgettable.
