In addition, he has spent the last 16 summers charter fishing in Alaska. Captain Peck’s wealth of experience, coupled with his deep passion for the sport, ensures every fishing trip is an unforgettable adventure. Captain Neal Preston began his professional sportfishing career in 1985 on the iconic docks of Key Biscayne, Florida. After nearly a decade of honing his skills on deck, he acquired his Captain’s license in 1994. His career has taken him to some of the most renowned fishing destinations in the world, including the Bahamas, Bermuda, the Florida Keys, Cuba, and Cape Cod. In 1998, Captain Neal moved to the Hawaiian Islands, where he spent 15 years fishing the waters of Lahaina, Maui. In 2018, he relocated to the Big Island of Hawaii, where he has continued to pursue his passion for sportfishing, running boats and guiding anglers to incredible catches. After five successful years captaining the legendary 37’ Merritt Northern Lights, Captain Neal now helms the Phantom, the world’s first 40-foot Gamefisher Express. Known for his unmatched experience, deep knowledge of fishing, and dedication to providing world-class adventures, Captain Neal is a true expert in his field.
