Half Day Trip – Inshore • 2 adultsMy son and I had a great day on the water with Captain Dan. We landed our first fish shortly after reaching our spot, and the action hardly slowed down for the rest of the trip. We caught ladyfish, trout, flounder, croakers, sea bass, and even a couple of sharks and a stingray. Overall, a great day on the water.

Half Day Trip – Inshore • 3 adults • 1 childCaptain Danial Ackerman was an amazing captain. He was very knowledgeable. We went out for my sons 10th birthday and he made it a very special day. We will be booking again with him and i would highly recommend him.

Half Day Trip – Inshore • 2 adultsHad a terrific experience with Captain Dan. This was our first charter and better than expected. He is well equipped and put us in position to successfully catch several large bull redfish. They provided some intense and fun fishing entertainment. It was a good trip and look forward to our next trip as we discussed the many fishing opportunities during the year.

Half Day Trip – Inshore • 3 adultsSuper knowledgeable captain with great fishing spots. Captain Dan is super fun and plays great music. We had over an hour where we were just non stop reeling and releasing fish. Ended up catching between 20-30 fish including sea trout, redfish, catfish, and drum.Would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence.

Big Redfish, Trout & Flounder Bite

Big redfish have been plenty! Fresh bait is always key. Catching live menhaden and cut fresh mullet fished on the bottom with carolina rigs of fish finder rigs will produce. Live shrimp, mud minnows and finger mullet under a popping cork fished around oyster beds, rocks or grass edges is producing sea trout, slot redfish and flounder. Be prepared to deal with bait stealers like pinfish when using shrimp.

Live Bait Big Fish!!!

Fishing has been hot recently inshore with the majority of fish being caught on live bait. With so much bait in the water artificial has been tough so we have been using live menhaden, finger mullet and mud minnows on Carolina rigs and floating corks around structure.

Inshore heating up!!!

The inshore bite is heating up as the speckled trout are starting to bite really good in the creeks. We have been using mud minnows, live shrimp and artificial jigs with z-man paddle tails catching an assortment of species.
