  USING FISHING BOOKER FOR YEARS, TRIP WITH CAPT CHIP WAS BY FAR THE BEST

  5 Hour Trip – Hybrid/Striper on April 24, 2026 • 2 adults

  TO START, CHIP WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME SET UP NEAR WHERE WE WOULD BE FISHING. HIS BOAT WAS IMMACULATE. IT WAS EQUIPTED WITH THE LATEST ELECTRONICS AND HE WAS AN EXPERT IN USING IT. FISHING TACKLE WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AS WELL. BOAT WAS LOADED WITH LIVE BAIT WHEN I ARRIVED. WE FISHED SEVERAL WAYS DURING THE DAY. EARLY WE FREE-LINED LIVE BAIT, AS THE SUN GOT HIGHER HE SWITCHED TO SLOW TROLLING THE LIVE BAIT. TRIED PLANERS FOR A SHORT TIME BUT WASN'T VERY PRODUCTIVE CHIP MOVED AROUND SEVERAL TIMES WHEN THINGS SLOWED DOWN. HE WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT CATCHING MY 10 LIMIT AND BEING DONE. WE RELEASED A LOT OF FISH. CAUGHT OVER 30 FISH DURING THE TRIP. CHIP WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE AREA AND THE LAKE I AM SOMEWHAT HANDICAPPED AND CHIP HELPED ME GREATLY ON OUR RETURN TO THE DOCK. HE PUT MY FISH IN MY COOLER AND PUT ICE ON TOP OF THEM. HE THEN BROUGHT THEM TO MY CAR AND LOADEDTHEM IN IT. DON'T KNOW HOW THE DAY COULD HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER WILL DEFINATELY BE USING CHIP AGAIN. A VERY MEMORABLE TRIP!

  Blast with Grandson

  5 Hour Trip – Upstate SC Striper on July 16, 2026 • 3 adults • 1 child

  I took my 6 year old grandson and my fiance fishing with Captain Chip. The early morning sunrise over Lake Murray was beautiful and a fantastic beginning to a fun day. Since the trip was really made for the benefit of my grandson, we did not target the larger fish but we sure had a blast catching a lot of 1-3 pound fish with a nice 6 pounder thrown in. When our day was over, we left with the fish still biting. I would definitely recommend Captain Chip to anyone looking for a family fun-filled fishing adventure.

  5 Hour Trip – Striper Fishing on September 7, 2026 • 2 adults

  My wife booked this trip for me as a surprise. The captain was very informative before during and after our trip. we caught so many fish and the captain’s boat had more than enough space. I went with a group of friends but I will book with Will again for my son. He was very prepared and had everything needed for a nice trip.

  5 Hour Trip – Hybrid/Striper on March 20, 2026 • 6 adults

  Captain Chip made the whole weekend. Had 5 people on board for a bachelor trip and every one of us stayed busy and successful the whole day. Chip was very knowledgeable on when and where to move around the lake. He read the environment and adjusted accordingly. We caught stripers, hybrids and some spotted bass. He was efficient and put us on them which was all we could ask for. He even gave us some pointers on how to do it on our own. I have my own boat. But I can't tote 5 people like he can. For him to share that knowledge with us was above ans beyond. Definitely recomme d and I will definitely use him again if we make another trip. Thanks for the memories Mr. Chip.

  amazing day on the water!

  5 Hour Trip – Striper Fishing on March 22, 2026 • 4 adults • 1 child

  We had an awesome time on the water today. Captain Chip was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He had us hooking fish almost as soon as we got our lines in the water. We had a little lull in the middle of the day, but right at the end, when our time was supposed to be up, the fish started biting again. Instead of cutting the trip short, he let us keep fishing past our scheduled time. He was extremely helpful the entire trip, and we really appreciated how hard he worked to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend.
