2x amature fishermen 11 Dec. Fantastic morning out with Captain Chip. Good solid communication prior to trip. We requested to be kept busy for our morning out and we got exactly that. 50+ quality fish and 2 big smiling customers. Captain Chip was spot on right from the off and fully attentive throughout. We didnt stop for 5 hours solid. Attention to detail was superb supported by a vast wealth of knowledge. Thanx Captain you certainly know your stuff which made our vacation memorable.

We had an excellent trip with Captain Chip.  Specifically:
- We arrived at the dock before sun-up, Captain Chip already had the boat in the water ready to go, live bait in the well, and the fishing poles set up to use.
- Captain Chip had phenominal electronics on-board to locate / track the fish in the water (5-6 pannels at various points on the boat).
- Captain Chip was VERY familiar with where the Stripper Bass were located.  overall, we caught around 30 bass (note: we started doing “catch and release” after having 8 “keepers”.
- Captain Chip’s boat was immaculate and well kept.  in addition, he customized his boat for the best fishing experience - like 10+ fishing rod holders for the lines in the water.
- Captain Chip did an surpurb job in staying connected, getting answers (like was the fish cleaning station open at the dock), and being quickly responsive.

Overall - excellent trip and something my grandsons will remember for the rest of their lives.

Captain chip is a uniquely passionate and knowledgeable professional.  His deep understanding of the fishery is something only 5 decades of experience yields.  So many so-called “professionals” have zero passion remaining, because fishing has become a job to them—they want to rush you to your limit so they can get you off the water and get paid as quickly as possible.  Chip is not at all like this, his passion is putting you on FISH and helping you catch a TON.  I highly recommend Chip for your next striper or crappie charter.  I have chartered w many captains, and chip is THE best—with capital THE.  He will put you on fish and show you a trip that you will never forget!!

My husband and I got this fishing charter for my dad for his 90th birthday.  He has always wanted to catch a nice Striper. Well,  we sure caught some!!! What a morning! 20+ Striper… all were good size… some were REALLY good size! Not only did Captain Chip know where to find the fish,  but he also explained what he was doing, the techniques he was using (and why), and the equipment he was using.  We learned so much!

My partner and I had a great time with Captain Chip! He is both experienced and professional. We caught our limit and enjoyed our time doing so. It was good fun learning how to fish for striper. Looking forward to another trip in the future!
