He is an excellent and knowledgably fisherman who loves to teach others on the water. Capt. Garrett has been fishing the waters of the Columbia River and its tributaries since a child with his father, Capt. Ron Cochran and his brother, Capt. Ryan Cochran.
Techniques: Trolling, bobber fishing, hover fishing, hog lining, back bouncing, and everything in between. Whatever is working that day is what we will be using.
