Thank you for the kind review, Jennifer! I’m glad you guys had a great time! That trigger fish the Seabass and the flounder are all very mild fish. I like to eat my trigger fish by cracking an egg, putting the fillet in a little bit of Panko and then pan frying it with some olive oil and butter mixed together. Went out for a bachelor fish trip. Capt. Steve and Josh were nice and helpful. We caught fish and a couple keepers. My first keeper flounder in 42 years or for what has felt like 42 years. The flounder didn’t beat Josh’s personal best but hey, there’s always next time. Great boat, good crew, and a nice day out on the sea. Hopefully we can do it again, soon.
