    We had great weather. The Captain and crew were very helpful. Landed plenty of fish. Excellent day out

    Great day out on the water

    6 Hour Trip • 10 adults

    The Sunday Charters team were friendly and professional, making sure we were prepared for a good and safe day out, The boat is beautiful just like in the photos and the crew were helpful and fun: We had a group of 12 and we’re comfortable on the boat for our 6hr trip, we all caught loads of fish mostly snapper but the day we were out the snapper were coming up undersized - gutted - but appreciated the crew sticking to the rules and ensuring we weren’t taking them home, which is important for the overall health of our fish in Aotearoa. The crew def pushed hard for us to get those big ones to take home, thanks guys! Highly recommend this charter.

What's biting with Sunday Charters LTD in Auckland

As if out of the blue, the fishing kicks in for real in October in Auckland. The fish are spawning and feeding up aggressively, with Kingfish coming up from the bottom to chase jigs, poppers, and stickbaits at the top of the water. Snapper fishing is as good as it gets.
