Had an awesome day on the water with Dave. Even though the area had been hit hard over the holiday weekend, he still put us on the fish and made sure we each hit our daily limit. We left with a bag full of trout and some great memories. Dave went above and beyond the whole time—constantly fixing up our rigs anytime they got tangled or a fish made off with the bait, getting the hooks out for us, and taking care of cleaning the fish exactly how we wanted at the end of the trip. Dave started us off right. Nothing better than watching the wife land a 5 pound 25 inch Walleye first thing. ( 4 lb test line) Dave kept us on fish all morning. Trout numbered eleven with most over 14 inches with two in the eighteen inch range. Draft fishing from below the Table Rock Dam down stream for about a half mile then motoring back up and started the draft again. fishing trip was great. Good communication with guide and was able to get us in a little earlier than set schedule. Definitely plenty of fish to catch. Took my father and teenage son and even my teenage son had fun. He’s not much on fishing but he had fun.

Dave reminds me a lot of your favorite fishing uncle. He knows the river, he knows the fish, he has the equipment and youre going to catch fish. We showed up, got on the river and within minutes we were hooked up and fish were in the net. Dave is easy going and great conversation, but more importantly very knowledgeable. Had a blast with Dave.  He kept us realing in fish the entire time. Little man caught a trophey brown trout and was able to sucessfully release it.
