- Background
- It started when I was five years old, tagging along with my grandpa Eric to little ponds around the Finger Lakes, chasing bass and learning patience one cast at a time. Those early mornings stuck with me. Fishing wasn't just something to do, it was where I felt at home. As I got older, that love only grew. If I wasn't on Lake Ontario with my family, I was riding my bike to the lake with a rod strapped to my backpack. By the time I was 13, I was spending every chance I had on Lake Ontario. Fishing the creeks, running lines on boats, and working as a first mate whenever I could. That same year, I entered my first Lake Ontario tournament and ended up winning it. That was the moment I knew this lake was going to be a big part of my life. Since then, I've been lucky enough to win a few more tournaments, but what really keeps me fired up is sharing the experience. As the captain of Crazy Kings Sport Fishing, my goal is simple. Put people on fish, teach them how the lake works, and make sure they have a great day doing it. Whether it's your first time holding a rod or you're chasing your next big king, I treat every trip like it matters. Because it does.
