Averaged 24 to 30 inch Red fish   ! Caught our limit and Trout, also ! He knows the best spots ! Friendly and helpful ! We will be back !

My sons and I had a great trip with Captain Herman.  The weather was a little tough with a strong east wind all day, but Captain Herman worked hard to make sure we caught fish and had a good time.  He knows the water around Venice and is excited to share his knowledge.  We were very happy with our decision to charter with Cajun Culture and Captain Herman Demoll - can’t wait to get back down to Venice!

Captain Herman put my son and I on fish right away and when we caught a 2 man limit of our target species we immediately moved to a new spot and caught another 2 man limit of our 2nd targeted species with a few bonus fish.  Herman really knows where to go and what to do.  Listen to the tips he gives you and you’ll put fish in the boat.

For an incredible bayou fishing experience, this chapter is a must. The guide, a fifth-generation cajun, knows the waters inside and out. When all the other boats went left, and we went right, I knew we were in for a great time. The boat was fantastic, and we caught plenty of fish. Highly recommend!
