Capt. Danny Stonestreet is the owner and operator of the Fat Bottom Girl, a 48' Ocean Yachts sportfisher based out of Oregon Inlet. With a lifetime spent on the water, Danny brings extensive knowledge of the local waters along with years of experience fishing up and down the East Coast. Passionate about fishing and the ocean, Capt. Danny enjoys sharing his expertise with anglers of all skill levels and works hard to give every trip the best possible shot at landing a true trophy fish. Whether it's your first time offshore or you're a seasoned angler, he is committed to making your day productive, fun, and memorable. When he's not on the flybridge, Capt. Danny serves as a firefighter at one of the premier departments in the country. Safety is always his top priority, and guests can feel confident knowing they are in experienced, capable hands from start to finish.

    Fantastic Charter!

    Full Day Trip – Offshore • 3 adults

    Couldn’t be happier with the charter. Dan and his crew put in a long hard day of work getting us to and keeping us on fish. Boat was a comfortable ride and clean with all the right gear. We wound up bringing in several tuna, mahi, and bonita. Our charter wound up being longer than we expected. Not because we weren’t catching fish but because he loves what he does - catching fish. He made a couple “stops” on our way in to do a little more fishing. When we got back to the dock he spent another hour filleting the fish. A great day on the water. I have no problem recommending them. Crew, boat and gear all work horses 👍

    Offshore on the Fat Bottomed Girl!

    Full Day Trip – Offshore

    I have been offshore many times, never had such luck until stepping onto the Fat Bottomed Girl! Capt. Danny lead a beautiful 48’ Ocean Yacht straight to the fish. We had lines tight as the sun was rising and the first white marlin hooked within 10 minutes. Capt Danny is very detail oriented and will ensure your offshore trip does not disappoint. All crew members were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend fishing with Capt. Danny and Stonestreet Sportfishing.

    Rough one on the water today!

    Full Day Trip – Offshore • 6 adults • 3 children

    Conditions were not the best today but Dan and Chris worked there tail off to get us on something!! Kids had good time fighting the Bonito’s and we did manage to get a good hook set on a yellowtail but was undersized. Great time to be had hit up Dan and the Fat Bottom Girl he will do you right!

    Awesome boat and crew!

    Full Day Trip – Offshore • 5 adults

    We had a great time going offshore with Danny and Chris. We weren’t able to cacth much due to it being a hard day fishing, sharks attacking our fish, or simply us losing them off the hook. They worked hard to make sure we had a great trip! I would definitely book them again!

    Full Day Trip – Offshore

    Ive been on 3 full day offshore trips with Captain Danny and every trip was amazing. Other than being the most comfortable ride I’ve ever been on, the fishing has been phenomenal. On one of the trips, we were fortunate to catch and keep bluefin, yellowfin, and blackfin tuna. I attached some screenshots of one of the giants we caught that I was able to film. Will definitely be booking again.
