Born and raised in Tampa Bay, fishing isn't just a hobby for me—it's my passion! It all started at six years old with my dad showing me the ropes. That spark turned into a lifelong wildfire, and to this day, there is nowhere I'd rather be than out on the water. After a short time away, I realized I had unfinished business and decided to go all-in on the bigger dreams God was placing on my heart. I've officially earned my Captain's License to share the incredible beauty of our Creator's work with others. From the pure serenity of the sunrise to the raw adrenaline of a screaming reel, I love every second of it. Whether I'm teaching a kid to bait their first hook or watching a perfect line hit the water, I'm living for every moment!

8 Hour Trip – The Bounty Hunter on February 7, 2026
I’ve been fishing with Captain Jessie for years, well before he started his Charter Captain journey. First things first, Jessie is a very down to earth person with a great sense of humor. He’s a very determined angler and a very honest person. A person like him is very easy to like and have a blast with. Captain Jessie has fished Tampa Bay all his life and knows all the good spots and spots that are often overlooked. He definitely knows where to take you and ensure you get fish on the deck. Having mentioned that he’s a determined angler, I can vouch for the fact the he’ll do whatever he can to ensure you stick some quality fish and probably a personal best / trophy fish. Most importantly, he knows his limits and will always keep things safe for his crew and himself. His 24’ Skeeter is a beautiful fishing machine that can get you in the mangroves, near shore and off shore. There’s plenty of space for you and your family/friends either plenty of storage. Captain Jessie has high quality setups for whatever style fishing you decide to do. When I say high quality, I mean Bull Bay Rods, Diawa and Shimano reels. All you have to do is show up and he has you covered. Book your trip and see for yourself. No fluffing, no BS… just an honest opinion / review of Captain Jessie. You won’t be disappointed.

4 Hour Trip – Afternoon Madness on April 3, 2026 • 4 adults
Four of us fished with Jessie for an afternoon. We caught an abundance of fish. We threw many back, but kept 10 mackerel for dinner. He cleaned the fish for us and dropped us at a restaurant which prepared it for us. Overall, a wonderful day! Book with confidence. He’s a captain who knows what he’s doing and his boat and equipment are top-notch.

Trip of a lifetime!
4 Hour Trip – Afternoon Madness on March 31, 2026 • 4 adults • 1 child
Today was my son’s 15th birthday and he wanted a fishing trip that he would never foget. We caught Snook, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel and several other species. The whole family had a great time and want to go out again with Captain Jessie the next time we are in town. Would definetly reccomend him to friends and family.

6 Hour trip
6 Hour Trip – The Siege on February 27, 2026
I had a full day of sheepshead fishing during a cold front. Captain Jesse put us on fish immediately. Whenever the bite slowed in 1 area, he quickly adjusted and moved us to a different spot. He worked hard to put a good bag of fish together. His boat was clean, his tackle was in top notch shape and he had a great personality. He kept it fun and I won't hesitate to utilize his services when I'm in the area again.

Jessie was so friendly and nice. He kept the lines baited and on target. plenty of catch and release snook. beautiful big red with he fileted and my son and i had for dinner. great trip. definitely will do again.
