- A Virginia Beach native, Captain Brian has fished the Atlantic from Ocean City, MA, to Miami, FL, and even the Bahamas. He's returned home to join the family business, where his father, Paul, runs C Level Sportfishing. Naturally, Capt. Brian has been fishing his whole life, and by now has over 15 years of professional experience. Running inshore and offshore trips, his biggest catch was a 650 to 700 lb blue marlin and some bluefin tunas about the same size. - We love to fish offshore and we like to troll dead natural bait or lures for billfish and tunas. We love to fish inshore as well. Basically we love to fish and love to take people fishing and show them a good time.
