Half Day Trip – Inshore - 8:00 AM • 2 adultswe meet up with the captain early. He informed us that the tide would be better a little earlier, we went to the private boat ramp that he uses. no worry about vandalism, there. It is under surveillance with cameras and gated access. The captain had excellent communication skills. He really knows the area that you're a fishing in. He put us on a school of about 50 red fish. We caught many fish that day. He even ran the charter a little later because of all the fish that we were catching, You will not be disappointed. thanks Captain

In a 4 hour trip, we caught more than enough good tasty fish to cook up fresh when we got home for 4 people. He took care of every detail including cleaning the fish! Half Day Trip – Inshore • 1 adultWent on a solo afternoon trip with Capt. Steven today and had a great time. He didn’t just put me in front of the fish and have me reel them in he took the time to explain what we were doing and why. I learned a ton and ended the day with a 24” red and a keeper sheepshead and snapper to round out the box. All in all it was a great trip and I will definitely be back again next time I am in town.

Father and son fishing fun:
There is just something nostalgic about having a father and son crew on on the boat knowing that they are making core memories that will last forever. I have my dad to thank or blame if you will for my love of the water and fishing , so trils like these are just as enjoyable for me as they are the anglers. We started our day with a hot redfish bite and quickly caught our slot keepers for the day, we continued to play with the reds for awhile until they had their fill of fun fights. With plenty of time to spare we transitioned to what i like to call grocery shopping on some nearshore rocks to round out our bag of fillets for a fish fry.

First Redfish & Dad’s New PB in Crystal

Awesome day making some family memories with this crew from Texas. This young man started the day off with his 1st ever redfish, Dad didn’t let him have the spotlight for long and fired right back with a beautiful upper slot fish and a new PB. Back at the dock before lunch and off to enjoy some fresh fish and explore what else Crystal River has to offer

That is the trend this time of year targeting mullet schools on a early morning incoming tide has been the combination to success as of late. The early morning lower water temps have the fish biting before the heat of the day sets in and seems to shut the bite off in the afternoon.

“We just want something for a fishfry”

Had a great day today “grocery shopping” for a fish fry. We stryws our day with low water so we went to the rocks to pick up some good fish to fry up then worked our way in with the tide and got on a school of redfish and was able to land her first keeper redfish , not the biggest but for a first a keeper is a keeper. We had a great day and accomplished the mission of “bringing home the groceries”’

The fish with 9 lives

We had a beautiful morning with a good incoming tide ,overcast skyes and almost no wind. We started our day on the hunt for some redfish and found a hungry school tailing near a rocky point. We hooked up almost instantly and warmed up with a few smaller reds then the star of the show made his appearance, we saw this bruiser of a fish about 10 yards off the bow and was able to pitch a live shrimp to him and he nailed it as soon as he saw it. Despite a wound from a previous shark bite this 32” brute gave an amazing fight and was released to live another day.

“That almost pulled me in”

Had a afternoon to take my daughter fishing and had a absolute blast. She wanted to go “cstching” not fishing so to the rock piles we went. We filled the cooler with a variety of snapper , grunts , sheepshead , seabass and trout, she then hooked a ambitious grouper that gave her a great fight on lite tackle. All together it was a great day in between charters and some much needed father daughter time.
