Background: I've been fishing on the Great Lakes with my father since I was a kid. We used to take several trips up north each year, as well as fish at home on Lake Erie. In the mid-1980's, that passion bloomed when we took a deep water fishing trip on Lake Ontario with our late friends Matt Stempien and Captain Dave Carlson. In 1986, I purchased an 18' StarCraft center console with my brother and my love for deep water fishing exploded! I started Times Two Charters in 2004 to further my desire of taking fellow anglers out on the Great Lakes. We’ve been having a blast ever since! For our May trips on Lake Ontario, we team up with Capt. Gary from Kongo Charters, a long time fishing companion. If he isn't able to join us, we have some other great Captain friends on Lake Ontario that are eager to take his place and help make your trip with us a memorable one!
Techniques: Whether we are fishing on Lake Ontario (late April-early June) or on Lake Erie (mid-June-late September), our primary method of fishing is trolling.
