    Amazing day, but not the fishing experience we expected

    We had an amazing day on the water. The captain was friendly, very knowledgeable, and an excellent teacher. We were lucky enough to see a jumping swordfish, dolphins, a sea turtle, and swim in beautiful crystal-clear waters. It was truly a memorable experience. However, the main reason we booked this trip was to learn and have the opportunity to catch a fish ourselves. Looking back, we spent about 30 minutes catching bait, and when we finally hooked a giant tuna, the experience became focused on the captain landing the fish. Instead of taking part in the fight, we mostly ended up as spectators and assistants. If you’re looking for a sightseeing adventure with an experienced captain, this trip is fantastic. If you’re hoping for a more hands-on fishing experience where you get to fight the fish yourself, it may not fully meet those expectations.
