- Born and raised right here on the Mississippi River the picture shows it all. That’s me at 10 years old and fishing has been my passion since my first trip at the age of 5 on this river and I’m pretty good at it! It’s the reason why I chose a career to become a Memphis firefighter since my work schedule allows 20 days off each month to pursue fishing. You and your guest will have me as your sole captain on your private trip and we’ll practice safety and fun at all times. The trips and times are customizable by you so before you pick an exact day to go please confirm with me first.
- Techniques
- We’ll drift fish and bottom fish using a variety of patterns depending on the conditions of the river that day and usually stay within a 30 mile radius of Memphis. I throw casting nets for live baitfish on the morning of our trip so we can maximize our bait freshness for the best presentations possible! We’ll use a variety of fresh cut and live bait and determine which is working best. I’m told that I’m very easily to get along with and will teach and accommodate each customer the best way possible. The boat is very comfortable and has 6 full sized captains chairs that swivel along with a full bimini top that provides high level of sun protection if desired. The boat is kept & located on the water in the Harbortown Marina located directly nextdoor to Bass Pro Pyramid and you park right next to the boat ramp in a secured free parking lot on the marina property. I’m flexible on the times we depart the slip and usually stay longer each trip without charging extra.
