It was a pleasure spending the day with you both. The conditions were definitely challenging, mainly because the river had almost no current, which makes finding active zander much more difficult than usual. We adapted our approach throughout the day and I’m glad it paid off.

Seeing your son catch his first zander made the day completely worthwhile, and the big perch was a great bonus. He listened well, stayed patient and did a fantastic job.
