My wife and I booked an afternoon trip around 1230-1 when our cruise got in. I honestly wasn’t sure we would catch any as it was higher winds and afternoon. I hoped for just one fish. It’s called fishing not catching for a reason.  Slow day today for us and a lot of boats.  Crew never gave up.  Constantly switching up baits, tinkering with speed, going further out to deeper water trying to find the bite.  Eventually landed some yellow fin tunas.  They left baits out and actively worked until we pulled back in marina.  Crew was attentive, good communicators and worked their tails off trying to make good things happen.

Fishing was good, but they did not tell us about the fishing lisence. When we arrived we were asked to pay for lfishing lisence for $20 each. Could not pay with cc, only cash. Felt like a total scam. Then when we left the docks the captian said we had to buy our own live bait. Never been on a charter like that. None of this was mentioned ahead of time, and can as total surprise.
