Background: U.S. Navy Veteran of 12 years. I have been fishing all of my life since I was 6 years old. Many years of reading, studying, and practicing various fishing techniques has made me a skilled angler. I have fished rivers, creeks, lakes, brackish waters, and the Ocean all over the Eastern United States and the Caribbean. Since moving to North Carolina in 2016 I decided to get my Captain License to share my love of the sport of Fishing and Boating with others. They say when you love what you do it is no longer a job. This is my future retirement pastime.
Techniques: Trolling is the preferred technique for 8 months of the year. Casting baits and lures work the remaining 4 winter months. Fly Fishing is best in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months.
