We had an absolutely amazing day on the water with Captain Caesar and his crew aboard the Fresh One. From the moment we left the dock, everything was first-class. Went out for a half day 1/26/26. Had a great time trolling for Bonito. Caught quite a few, multiple fish on at the same time when we did hook up. Cesar was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I’d love to go back and fish a full day.

great fishing experience but i wish the sun would have come out a bit longer i should have checked the weather of day i booked but caught 32 fishes so we still did well

We enjoyed our day on the water with Capt Cesar and Kevin.  While the weather was not ideal, Capt Cesar put us on fish and did what he could despite the elements.  We had three generations aboard and all had a great time.

We told Cesar we wanted to bottom fish, so we could guarantee catching fish. We caught a ton of fish and then took the fish to a local restaurant that cooked them for us.
