What started as a passion for fishing has grown into one of Middle Tennessee’s established guide services. Brian’s journey began with years of bass and crappie fishing and tournament experience, teaching him how to read the water, understand seasonal patterns, and adapt to changing conditions. In 2004, Brian turned that passion into a full-time guide service. Today, Brian Carper’s Guide Service has a team of five professional guides and a fleet of pontoon and bass boats, offering around 1,000 trips each year. BCGS specializes in Bass and Crappie fishing throughout Middle Tennessee, with trips designed for everyone - from experienced anglers looking to improve their skills to families, beginners, and kids discovering fishing for the first time. After more than two decades on the water, the goal remains the same: help people catch fish, enjoy the outdoors, and create memories that last long after the boat returns to the dock.
