I'm Captain Stuart, the owner of Reel Blonde Charters. Captain Coleson John Pokorny, or me, run the charter trips, always hoping to exceed your expectations. In 2018 I decided to follow my dream of running a charter business, and the dream became a reality. I prize my business in being versatile in order to accommodate the customer's preferred target species and type of fishing they want to do, as long as Mother Nature cooperates! I keep my boat on the trailer, so I have the ability to go to different locations, so we can still fish somewhere if the weather doesn't cooperate with the original plan. I am a firefighter/paramedic, so I will give a discount to any fellow firefighters/EMS and police. I do occasionally bring my yellow lab Nelli on trips. She is extremely friendly and loveable!

Awesome Trip!

I took my step son with me. The captain took time and taught my step son how to use the equipment and cast. We had a great time.

Capt Stu n 1st mate Ethan are the Dynamic Duo!!! They put us on the fish immediately after we started our first drift; it was nonstop reeling in for my 2 grandsons ages 7n 10, just those two caught approximately 30 fish and quite a few doubleheaders!!! My son caught a 16 inch weakfish and quite a few throwbacks . As the captain did not have an afternoon trip planned the offer to keep us out longer than our four hour scheduled charter. We then trolled for blues in Spanish mackerel while the captain and Ethan were site casting for Cobia That’s when all the fun started ; my oldest grandson, after Ethan threw the lure right in front of the first Cobia fought the fish for approximately a minute and a half before Ethan netted it; 42 inches 22 pounds. The younger grandson brought in with the help of his father a 35 inch cobia which we had to throw back! At the dock, they cleaned all our fish just the way we asked, and put them on ice Cobia , croaker and Weakfish fillets!!!! This charter was the best we have ever had! I would highly recommend this charter for an outstanding day of fishing with a very knowledgeable n very friendly crew!!! Thanks Capt , you guys were great. Hope to see you next year. Awesome trip!!
3 Hour Trip – Evening on July 14, 2024 • 3 adults
When I go out all I want is a safe trip. The fish are a bonus. Stuart and Ethan were both awesome and easy to talk to. My son caught his first Cobia ever and had a smile worth every penny I’ve ever spent. He has a new passion for fishing now. I am grateful for both the Captain and Ethan for a safe trip and memories that will last a lifetime. The boat was super nice & clean with plenty of room for all of us to move around. Captain asked how we wanted to fish & we left it up to his experience & not disappointed. We all caught fish! I can’t say thank you enough for a safe day on the water and the memories we made today. Looking forward to our next trip!

Half day with Captain Stuart
3 Hour Trip – Inshore (PM) on June 10, 2023 • 4 adults • 3 children
Took my three younger kids out for a father kids fishing morning, half day in the bay. Captain Stuart was great with them and me and had us on fish all day, caught about 90-100 croaker, non-stop action, kids loved it and it’ll be a great memory for them! Highly recommend it for kids and looking forward to going out with him for bigger sport fish in the near future!
