Captains knowledge and experience of the area really showed when we started off in a spot where we immediately caught speckled trout. Second spot we caught trout and flounder. Third spot we caught red drum. That’s called a Texas Slam !!! Great day !!!

On a day where it seemed like nobody else was catching fish we managed to put some in the cooler. Toby worked hard to find the fish and we certainly found them they just weren’t biting great. Overall was a great experience and would recommend to others.

I was a party of one.  Wind and Weather cooperated.  Met Toby at the launch.  The boat was in the water and ready.  We had our three trout in the box in the first 30 minutes or so.  The rest of the morning was ” red fish hunting”.  We caught three but all were under sized.  One was close at 19 inches. The bay turned slick mid morning so that didn’t help. But we shared fishing stories and it was a great day on the water.

Captin Toby with Jellybean charters works hard to find the fish.  He will not set in one spot without getting a bite.  We traveled the entire coast line until we found the fish. I highly recommend jellybean charters and Captin Toby.

Captain Toby did a good job of taking us to areas where the fish were. We ended up catching some keeper reds. Pleasant boat ride as well.
