We (group of 5) took the 3/4 day trip, our 2nd trip with this captain. I think a decent catch is almost guaranteed with them. We opted to purchase live bait. Squid bait is provided, and works, but live bait seems to work much better. We caught about 30, lingcod, rockfish, whitefish, mackerel mix. My girlfriend and I booked this trip and had some scheduling issues on our end due to an itenerairy change on our cruise ship. The captain was understanding and accommodated our schedule change upon request. After boarding, we drove out to the fishing grounds and begun to catch rock fish. My girlfriend and I were both feeling a little under the weather, but we made the best of it with the time that we had. Great Captain, Great Crew; would definitely fish with them again!

We had an amazing fishing day! We were able to catch yellowtail, rockfish whitefish sculpin. Alberto and Juan did a great job on the boat. Marcos was our connection and this trip did not disappoint us. They took care of everything. All the tackle fishing poles, they cleaned our fish, and they even made sashimi with some of the yellowtail we caught. I would highly recommend Luckys it would definitely come back again, Martin, Rachelle and Gilo

we had a fantastic experience fishing in Encinada.  The day went perfectly!  We caught many fish, the first within 15 minutes of boarding the well equipped boat.  This half day fishing trip was the highlight of our family cruise vacation. Would definitely do this again.
