Awesome trip! My first time big fishing on Chesapeake, and I was clueless as to the fish, lure and technique despite my previous experience. The crew were very competent about where to go, what and how to get. Very friendly, instructive and helpful. The boat and gear are top notch for the area and the task. Throughout the trip the crew is focusing on the client to have the best catch and fun one can have to the very last moment. No short cuts, only the best. Cleaning and packing the catch to your satisfaction is included. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with Devin Cobia fishing. They took care of everything and handed us the rod ready to fight them in. We were all pretty inexperienced with this type of fishing but they coached us through and we had a great time. Definitely recommend and will use them whenever see are in the area.

My brother and I booked a full day trip with Backdraft.  Awesome time.  Captain Devin helped in advance of the trip monitoring the weather and adjusting plans accordingly to make the trip happen.  The boat is really nice, plenty of room.  These guys know their stuff and will go the extra mile to help you get the fish you crave.  We were fishing for Cobia and though we caught a ton throughout the day, most didn’t met the regulations as keepers, but they were determined to make sure we both brought one in to take home so we hit every spot on the way in spending a little extra time with success!  Thanks to Backdraft for a great time!
