Wanted to take my boyfriend charter fishing for his birthday and this trip did not disappoint. Bob and Allan were very friendly and helpful. The fish weren’t biting at first but they were determined to do their best to help us catch some fish. Even through the dense fog they did everything they could to find us the perfect spots to catch some fish. We ended up catching 5 and loved every minute of it. Their clear direction and good spirits made fishing with them a breeze. They made his birthday something he will never forget and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun fishing experience.

Thus was my first charter experience and Captain Rob made it feel like I’ve done it a hundred times. His knowledge of the waters we were fishing and what we could expect was great. Total we had 7 hits, 4 that were just testing the rigs, 2 landed and 1 got off. Talking to the 3 guys that were with us, they all said the same thing, it was a good time on the water. Captain Rob and mate, thank you for taking care of us and we are looking forward to the next trip out.

My son, grandson and I went on Bent Dreams with Captain Bob and Allen on 7/25/2025.  We had a great time and, even though we didn’t catch any record size fish, we did catch 2 stealheads, 2 lake trout and a small king.  Bob and Allen were very informative and helpful.  We will be back next year!

I recently had the pleasure of joining a fishing charter out of Frankfort, Michigan, and it was truly an experience to remember! From the moment we set off, Captain Bob and Alan made us feel right at home, ensuring we were comfortable and ready for an incredible day on the water.

The boat was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a successful fishing trip. It didn’t take long for us to realize we were in expert hands. Captain Bob and Alan’s professionalism and knowledge of the area gave us the utmost confidence that we were in for a great time.

And we were right. The fishing was fantastic! Even when the area became crowded with other boats, the crew found us a fresh spot that delivered in spades. We hauled in an impressive variety of fish, including Coho, Pink, and King salmon, making the day all the more rewarding.

Beyond the thrill of reeling in our catches, being out on Lake Michigan was a highlight in itself. The stunning natural beauty surrounding us, the peacefulness of the water, and the excitement of the day culminated in a perfect experience, topped off with a breathtaking sunset.

I can’t recommend this fishing charter enough. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or just looking for a fun, relaxing day on the water, this charter offers everything you need for an unforgettable adventure.

To make it even more special, my brothers and I took our 84-year-old dad along, and he had an absolute blast. We ended the day with 14 fish in total—  A haul we’ll be talking about for years to come.

We’ve been on quite a few charters over the last 40 years and this is definitely at the top of the list! Captain Bob, and his first mate, Alan, Ronnie first class operation to put us on fish and catch them as well, will be back with them soon for another trip!
