Excellent trip!!!! These guys we’re great!!! Super relaxed, super fun, super easy! We stayed at Atlantis resort, they came to pick us up on the doc, and we felt comfortable from the start! My 10 year old son and I were looking for a laid back trip to catch some eating fish.. this was perfect! Captain Andrei and his energetic first mate, babba, made us feel comfortable front the start! They got us on fish super fast… and we didn’t stop catching until we left. We actually caught so many we were throwing them back. All different species! Definitely would recommend !!!! They set us up at the local restaurant to eat out catch which made it even better! Absolutely nothing I would change or ask differently! Great job guys!!!

I will say when it came time to get my fish cleaned. You pay guys at the dock/marina. Which is fine, what wasn’t fine was giving the guy fish we caught (we caught 20-30 overall and I was only taking 6, the rest to the crew). he fillets my 6 grouper and he tried to charge me $60 for 5 minutes worth of work. I was told it would be $10-15. I am not faulting the crew, but be warned if it’s your first time in Nassau. A much better option is to take them to the fish market by the bridge to Atlantis and have them processed there.

Captain Charles and mate Kimmy were very welcoming. Cap knew where to go and we were on fish at the first drop. Put me on a wide variety of species which was exactly what I asked for, ahead of the trip (to catch fish I can’t catch at home and haven’t caught before). Equipment, gear, and boat were all in good shape for the trip we made, Picked me up and dropped me off (on the sly) right at the dock directly outside my hotel. At first I had to get aligned with the crew who were trying to do everything for me—bait, unhook; rebait, even cast—I did come to fish, guys—but that was sorted out easily enough. We had a great time: very friendly, knows the grounds, and Cap is a professional when needed, and a funny guy when his guard was down.  I was able to catch at least 5 fish I had never caught before. Mission accomplished and I recommend Cap Charles highlly.

This experience was easily one of the best parts of our vacation. It was relaxed, personal, engaging, and so much fun! It was a great chance for our 9&11 year old boys to fish on the ocean for the first time and even snorkel! The captain and crew helped us learn and manage our catches, the kids had a blast and we even caught a shark! They were respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the fish we caught. We felt very welcome and would definitely do this again!

We actually met with Stuart not the main captain and he was great. We caught around 50 fish and had a great experience. Everyone caught fish. There were actually two crew members helping us . They also made it very convenient for us and met us at Atlantis Marina to pick us up and drop us off there since we were staying at the Harbor-side Atlantis resort. They also filleted our fish that we decided to keep and we let them keep the rest since we didn’t want it to go to waste. We would do this trip again yes hands down it was a perfect day!!! Thank you for such a great fishing experience in the Bahamas!!!
