My father owned a small tackle shop when I was little and ran charters on the weekends. I fell in love with it being with dad all the time. Years later I went off to college on a division II football scholarship. At the end of my sophomore season I left school to get my captains license and start fishing. I am chasing my dream of being an offshore fishing guide and I love being on the water everyday.

Full Day Offshore • 3 adultsI highly recommend Captain Cody to anyone looking for an enjoyable day on the water. I have chartered several times in the area and this team is by far the best I have experienced. They got us on fish with enthusiasm both trolling and bottom fishing. We caught many different species and the crew was knowledgeable, informative, and answered all of our many questions with care and kindness. Captain Cody and first mate Justin were wonderful with my seven year old daughter and very patient working through a bit of sea sickness with her. They delivered on all of their promises that we saw when we booked the charter. If you are looking for a fun and successful day on the water book with Captain Cody! He and his team are top notch - you won’t regret it!

4 Hour Half Day • 4 adults • 2 childrenCody put us on the fish and Justin got ‘em (and the kids) hooked! Caught about 30 Spanish Mackerel, 2 Bluefish, 3 Hammerheads, and a Lemon Shark! The crew was fun and got along great with both our 3 and 9 year old, letting them do what they could handle and helping with what they couldnt. Great trip!

12 Hour Trip – Gulf Stream • 4 adultsCaptain Cody and mate Justin make us feel welcomed from the moment we met them. They were very professional and knew their profession. it was rough with high seas to say the least, but Cody handled seas without any issues. I highly recommend them both. We caught wahoo, tuna and Mahi.

We have had a big push a of mahi recently. We are reaching our limit or soming close to it each day. We are also seeing 2-3 sailfish a day plus a blue marlin. If a billfish is on your bucket list now is the time to go!

Vermillion snapper fishing continues to be strong on our 8hr trips. We’ve also seen good numbers of dolphin in this range and a bonus sailfish. Great fishing trips without having to run to the gulf stream.

Our 8 hour trips have been fun lately. The vermillion snapper foshing has been as good as weve seen it in a long time. Limits of fish everyday. Also a few dolphin ans king mackerel on the troll and triggerfish on the bottom.
