Captain Scotty Roe moved to Charlotte County, FL back in 1981 and began fishing at an early age. He learned how to fish on Spring Lake and eventually took his skills into deeper waters off of Florida's Gulf Coast. In 1996, he decided it was time to turn his hobby into a profession and start his own charter business. Aside from taking customers fishing, Capt.     Awesome day w/ Captain Scotty

    4 Hour Trip – Backcountry • 3 adults • 2 children

    My kids (11 & 12) and I spent the last Friday in May with Captain Scotty at Port Charlotte. Rods were in the water for less than a minute and both kiddos got their first catch, at the same time! I lost track of how many snook, trout, snapper, catfish, and gofftopsail they caught. Captain Scotty is the expert, setting us up for success at each of his sweet spots and providing a wealth of knowledge and training all morning. My daughter loved how encouraging Captain Scotty was. What a wonderful experience to share with family or friends! See ya soon Captain.
