Checked off our bucket list item with Cap Dave! What an amazing adventure. From bait fishing to catching a huge amber jack and then Cubera all within the first hour. When you have the captain screaming in excitement and coming down to take pictures, you know you have a good catch! My wife is an avid fishing person and had never been sport fishing before. So, for her birthday, we booked a sport fishing trip with SoFlo fishing and Captain Dave. My family of 4 (2 adults & 2 boys, 9 & 15) went out for a 6 hour trip. It was my boys’ first time doing more than lake or beach fishing. We started catching Mahi so quickly we were all shocked! Captain Dave and his First Mate Shawn were awesome! They had my little one reeling in fish left and right. We caught 22 mahi and a large Black Grouper that had EVERYONE on board pumped! It was a GREAT catching day! :)
