There is no way I can adequately thank Captain Miguel and mate Pedro for their INCREDIBLE day in the water. My son caught his first sailfish - a gorgeous 8’er!! Then we caught a cooler full of Bonita - to the point where we needed a break - so we came inshore and went 17 for 25 on barracuda!!! We were so exhausted that we ended up ending the charter at noon instead of 2PM 🤣🤣🤣. These guys KNOW how to fish - and we truly appreciate everything they did.

Also a special thank you to Eduardo the owner for coordinating the food, and being so flexible to work with us remotely from the United States.

This could be a once in a lifetime experience - but with THESE guys it will not be!!

We spent this trip as a family of three. Two of us with no fishing experience but the guides helped every time when there was the need!
Luckily we caught a lot of Barrakuda (biggest 144cm). Great day of fishing!!
Before the trip we tought we do all the fishing but catching livebait and hooksetting on the fish was done by the guides, you do the reeling - lead to more fish i guess :)
Only downside was that we only caught one species of fish, happend to be that the spots were to far apart for the booked timeslot and open seas is recommended for beginners.
Nevertheless a great trip and a sure thing on my next vacation

We started out early at 7 AM catching some bait fish before heading out to a few fantastic fishing spots. Throughout the day, we caught 18 fish and had an unforgettable finish — my grandson caught a Tarpon right by the docks! Captain Eduardo made that moment happen because my grandson really wanted to catch one, and he went above and beyond to make it special.

Pedro and Juan were amazing as well — so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their teamwork made the whole trip fun and easy.

I’d highly recommend this fishing experience to anyone visiting Cancun. It was a perfect mix of adventure, great fishing, and family memories.

PS: We even had a sailfish on the hook — didn’t get it in the boat, but it sure was exciting!

Desde que pusimos un pie en el Showtime, supimos que nos esperaba una experiencia fuera de lo común. La embarcación impone presencia: espaciosa, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario para un día perfecto en alta mar.

Los tripulantes Juan Pedro y Miguel hicieron que la travesía fuera mucho más que una jornada de pesca. Su experiencia, calidez y pasión por el mar se notan en cada detalle: desde la preparación del equipo hasta los consejos precisos para lograr la mejor captura. Con ellos, uno se siente seguro y en manos de verdaderos profesionales.

El momento cumbre llegó cuando la caña se tensó y comenzó la batalla contra un pez digno de recuerdo. La adrenalina, la emoción y la guía de la tripulación hicieron que la victoria fuera compartida, celebrada con sonrisas y fotos que quedarán para siempre.

Entre lances, risas y la brisa marina, el día pasó volando. El Showtime no solo es un barco de pesca: es un escenario de aventuras, camaradería y recuerdos inolvidables. Gracias a Juan Pedro y Miguel, vivimos una experiencia de primera clase que todo amante de la pesca debería tener al menos una vez en la vida.

Excellent experience from the moment I booked to the minute it ended.  The captain and crew worked very hard to get us fish, moving locations, freshening baits, doing what they needed to in order to make sure we left completely satisfied.  In fact, it was such a good day, that we cut the 8-hour trip to a 6-hours…we couldn’t lift our arms any longer.  I’ve shortened trips b/c the fishing sucked, boat miserable, crew lack luster, but never because my arms hurt from catching too much!!! Took 3x Sailfish, 1x Bull Shark, 4x Mahi and more good sized Bonita than we could count.

The boat is very comfortable, well maintained, solid gear, and plenty of space to escape the sun.

I’ve fished plenty of places across the globe, some, several times, including Costa Rica, Bahamas, Hawaii, Aruba, Thailand, Alaska, the Carolinas, Mexico, Florida, Montauk, and many more…but I’d easily say this was at the very top of all my experiences.

These guys crushed it!!!!  Don’t hesitate to book your trip, you won’t be disappointed!!!!
