Dennis, we apologize that your experience wasn’t more than stellar! My team and I work very hard to make sure that each and every customer has the best possible experience. Even by your own admission the boat was nice and the crew worked hard to help please you yet you were upset that we didn’t control the one thing that we have no control over, and that is mother nature. That’s why we call it fishing and not catching. Everywhere, the fish were not biting. Some days it’s just dry, no pun intended. It wasn’t just our boat but all the boats in the entire area. It is sad that you use this platform to try to hurt our business. I think most people see through your remarks. Again, we apologize that your trip was less than a stellar experience for you.
