Did not feel the crew was professional. Did not explain anything we were doing regarding fishing. The captain had his kid (5yr old) with him and he stayed up top most of the trip, while his son was at the bottom of the boat.. Even though his son was not a problem I still felt as though I had to keep an eye on him. The generator was out so no A/C in the cabin which isn’t that big of a deal until the mate kept walking into the cabin with his cigarette so it made it unbearable to sit in there.... More

Francesco booked a four hour charter and wanted a 30% discount because he didn’t want to pay for the trip.. He requested to go shark fishing and we caught a 500 pound shark but that wasn’t good enough. I gave him a courtesy discount because he was complaining but that wasn’t enough. We have very positive reviews and he demanded if he didn’t get the 30% discount he was going to dog us. I need not say anything more!!

Our afternoon 1/2 day trip on May 9th was cancelled at noon the day of. I am waiting to get reimbursed for the deposit. We were going out fishing on my deceased sons 30th birthday as he loved to fish. So this was a total disappointment. I will not book through this site again. The least they could have done is find another boat/captain that could take us out on this very though day.
