Alex was amazing. We fished with 3 different charters 3 days in row and Alex made our last day on the water the best. He successfully targeted any species that we ask him to go after. We almost had a grand slam, but not from lack of effort from Alex. The only fish we didn’t land was a tarpon, but we hooked up on three but failed to land them, that’s fishing. Alex knows the backwater like no other.  He let us decide what to target and what type of fishing we wanted to do and then we were quickly underway.  His laidback style and easygoing nature made for a fun and relaxing trip.  Alex put in a full day of heavy pursuit.  after each species targeted and successfully caught he would offer to target different species or continue on the current pursuit.  This trip was taken in March and we had a blast.

Cap’n Alexander was the best. He and the boat were ready to go early. The only day I had available was not good weather. i was determined to go out, and Alexander was up front that it would be tough conditions. Thankfully his knowledge and expertise made the best of rough seas. He got me on the fish and had non stop action in the backcountry.  Check him out if you want an experienced professional!

Alex is a great captain.  Professional; responsive & flexible.  Primarily inside fishing; we confirmed & spoke night before I’d mentioned if we could get on some Dolphin ( mahi not flipper) that would be great.  Met at dock 6:45 am Alex said - conditions are great we going to get dolphin.  We were one fish shy of maxing out our limit for Dolphin/ Mahi. HIGHLY recommend Hang Tight Charter & captain Alex.  Great day and put us on the bite right away.

Never did inshore fishing but gave it a whirl with Hold Tight and Captain Alex and caught my 1st Snook, Barracuda and a bunch of Snapper. He absolutely knew where to go and was very patient with me as I casted into the mangroves and was supportive when I had a good cast. Very very knowledgeable about the area, fishing techniques and I just had a great time on his charter. Highly recommend and will be booking my next trip with him.
