7am on the dot the boat backed up to the sandals dock and I was met with the smiles of Gordo (Captain) and Koronel (first mate). I stepped on board and was immediately impressed with how it was all set up. This looked like a proper fish catching machine ran by 2 experts and I wasn’t wrong. A pleasant ride out offshore with me asking lots of questions of Koronel on tackle to tactics (I like to understand the science), and then the gear was deployed. About 2 hours into the trip the back right reel screamed and in a few a seconds I was in the chair latched onto something which felt like a medium sized truck. About 90 minutes later Koronel and Gordo double gaffed the 154lb yellow fin, pulled it through the door and quickly despatched it. I could not believe the strength of that fish, my arms were shattered.
The trip was perfect from initial contact at booking right through the day to being dropped off. Gordo and Koronel are an awesome team. Koronel has got to be the coolest first mate on the planet at this game with a fountain of knowledge he’s happy to share, an outstanding coach and great sense of humour to go with it.

Gordo and Koronel were outstanding and accommodating. We got lucky and was able to get picked up and dropped off at our floating dock. Tons of opportunity to get on fish. We ended up catching tons of yellowtail and skipjack, mahi, and barracuda. Trolled the remaining half day for bill fish and managed to get a sail fish to roll on our bait but no luck. Koronel is hilarious and has a passion for getting fish on his lines.

A great day at sea with Capt. Gordo and Cornendal with Blackfin, Skipjack and Wahoo as the bounty. Highly recommend this team and their vessel.

the crew on this boat definitely knew what they were doing and was on top of it the whole time,it was an amazing trip.

We have been on several other ocean fishing charters and this was by far the best. The crew, boat and equipment was well organized and top notch. Captain Gordo put us on the fish and we caught some really impressive Wahoo and Barracuda. I would 100 percent recommend!
