Hello everyone, my name is Michael Hüsgen and I’ve been fishing since I was 3 years old. Born in Pretoria East, fishing has always been in my blood and I started competing at age 8, making it onto the Junior Gauteng team. I used to watch the Bassmaster Elite Series with my father and uncle every Saturday morning and from the first episode, I knew what my calling in life was. Now, I’m a fishing junkie who tries to go fishing as often as I can and catch as many species as I can!
