My old college roommate and I had an amazing time on our 5-hour fishing charter! Despite the cold weather, Captain Mike kept the energy high and spirits up throughout the entire trip. He was not only friendly and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local waters. We could tell he really knew his stuff and was committed to making sure we had a great time.

The captain took us to several spots, and while the weather wasn’t ideal, we still managed to land a great number of red fish. His patience and persistence paid off, and we were thrilled with the catch.

At the end of the trip, Captain Mike made sure to clean the fish thoroughly, and we left the dock with a wonderful food recommendation and a great story for the books. My son and I had our trip this weekend booked with another fishing guide but on Friday afternoon we were informed his calendar changed.  So we reserved a spot with Captain Michael hoping he could accommodate us short notice… and almost right away he called me to coordinate plans for going out on on Sunday morning.

Capt Bullock got us out on the water and with good conversation and lots of great tips, my son and I caught all three of our target species - redfish, specs, and black drum.  We also caught a sheepshead.  We had an excellent time!  We will definitely be booking with Capt Bullock again!  And we recommend him to anyone who would like to learn more about saltwater fishing and have a great time!

Captain Michael was so helpful and took good care with my elderly parents.  We would fish on his boat again if we are back in Texas City.

We could not have had a better experience!!!!!! There is nothing like a catching a limit while being able to joke back and forth.  From the first 5 minutes upon arrival the captain made us feel ready and excited to have a great experience. If you get the chance to book a trip, I would highly recommend spots to dots.  If you’re lucky he might even give you the hidden secret trick to making a fish bite.  I would tell you, but I’m sworn to secrecy.

My wife and I were really wanting to be able to go fishing and captain Mike was better than we could have asked for. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We even brought our daughter with us and she had an amazing time.
